The current integration can send those fields, the page URL and technical data to HubSpot to manage the enquiry; Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics should activate only with consent. Do not send identity documents, health data or other sensitive categories.
The purposes and legal basis for each processing activity are awaiting approval. The form should be treated only as a general-information channel, not as admission, a booking or automatic membership.
Webflow hosts this site. HubSpot is integrated for form and CRM capture, plus optional analytics; Google provides optional analytics. Retention periods, contractual roles, subprocessors and possible international transfers remain pending verification and approval for the final version.
